Home
Your morning in one screen. Home shows the one thing that matters first, then the rest, with AI's drafts waiting for your OK.
Last updated October 28, 2026.
What it is for
Home is where your day starts. It pulls what needs you from every app, like a late invoice, a client waiting on a reply or a contract waiting on a signature, and puts it in one list. Your key numbers, like cash and profit this month, sit at the top.
What it does best
It picks the one thing that matters first. Instead of opening ten apps to find out what is late, you open Home and start at the top.
Common tasks
Work through what needs you
- Open Home. The Needs you list is sorted with the most important item first.
- Tap an item to open it in its own app, like the email in Mail or the invoice in Money.
- Where AI already drafted a reply, read it, change anything you like, and approve it.
Start focus mode
- Tap the target button at the top of the screen. The background calms and notifications wait.
- Only what you call urgent breaks through, as a red banner.
- When focus ends, AI sends one digest of everything that waited. Pick what counts as urgent in Settings, Notifications.
Set quiet hours
- Go to Settings, Notifications, Quiet hours, and pick the days and times.
- Every notification is held overnight. Urgent items can still get through if you allow it.
- Everything held shows up in your morning digest.
Ask AI about your day
- Tap the spark button at the top of any screen.
- Ask something like "What needs me today?" or "How is cash looking?" AI answers from your own records. See AI.
Today and at launch
Works today
- Home, focus mode and quiet hours in the preview, shown with example data.
- Each app tile on Home shows a star when that app works for real today.
At launch
- Needs you filled from your own mail, invoices, contracts and clients as those apps go live.
- The daily digest sent by email or text, if you choose. Today it shows in the app only.
How it connects
Home reads from every app: late invoices from Money, drafts from Mail, follow ups from Contacts, signatures from Sign, today's events from Calendar and due items from Tasks. Your cash numbers come from Books and Money.
