Scale Suite
Accessibility statement
Scale Suite should work for everyone who runs a business, including people who use assistive technology.

Draft for attorney review. Published October 27, 2026. This page may change before Scale Suite opens on January 1, 2027.
1.Our goal
We aim for Scale Suite, its public pages and the pages your clients see (booking, payment and call pages) to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
That means text you can read and resize, enough color contrast, everything usable with a keyboard, clear labels for screen readers, captions where they matter, and motion you can turn off.
2.What we do today
- Pages follow the light or dark setting on your device, and the legal pages have a switch for it.
- Animations and moving backgrounds stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Buttons and links on phones are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Forms label every field and say what went wrong in words, not only in color.
- Sign in works with passkeys, so you do not need to type or remember a password.
- Video calls have live captions that each person can turn on for themselves.
3.Known issues
We are still working on these. We list them so you know what to expect:
- The short demo videos on the welcome page are silent screen recordings with no captions or audio description. The same features are described in the text next to each video.
- The demo videos on the welcome page play on their own while on screen. They stop when your device asks for reduced motion, but there is not yet a pause button on each one.
- Tools that work by dragging or drawing, like drawing a signature in Sign or arranging slides, are easiest with a mouse or touch. We are checking each one for a keyboard way to do the same thing.
- Charts in Analytics and Money have not yet been fully checked with screen readers.
- Payment and bank screens from Stripe and Plaid are run by those companies, and their accessibility is up to them.
We have not yet had an outside audit. We plan to before launch and will update this page with what it finds.
4.Get help or tell us about a problem
If anything in Scale Suite is hard to use with the way you work, tell us. In the suite, open Help and support. Or email legal@scalembs.com, or write to Scale Modern Business Solutions LLC, 2415 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Suite 4, San Ramon, CA 94583.
Tell us the page or app, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing it. We reply as soon as we can, and if we cannot fix something right away, we help you get the task done another way.
5.Updates
We review this statement when we change the suite in ways that affect accessibility, and at least once a year. The date at the top shows the last review.
