Contacts
Every client, deal and conversation in one place. AI tells you who to call and writes the note.
Last updated October 28, 2026.
What it is for
Contacts is your client list and your pipeline. Each person has one record with their emails, calls, notes, invoices, contracts and next step.
What it does best
It knows who is waiting on you. Contacts keeps each deal's next step and tells you, in order, who to call today, with a follow up already written.
Common tasks
Add a client
- Open Contacts and choose New, or let them add themselves by booking a time or filling in a form.
- Add their name and how to reach them. Everything else fills in as you work.
Track a deal
- Open the client and add a deal, like a listing, a job or an order.
- Set its stage and its next step with a date.
- Move it along the pipeline as it progresses.
Work your follow ups
- Open the follow up list. The most overdue next step is first.
- Call, or send the drafted note after you read it.
- Set the next step so it comes back at the right time.
Bring your contacts over
- In setup, choose Bring your contacts, or import later from Contacts.
- Duplicates are cleaned up, and people are linked to their deals and emails.
Today and at launch
Works today
- Contacts in the preview with example data, including the pipeline and follow ups.
- Answers from Forms filled in person land in Contacts.
At launch
- Your own client list kept with your account, and importing from your old contacts.
- Follow ups that send by email or text after you approve them.
How it connects
Bookings from Calendar, answers from Forms and emails in Mail all land on the right record. Signed contracts from Sign, invoices from Money, call notes from Video and notes from Notes show there too.
