Plans and pricing

The plans

Plans are monthly subscriptions. Every plan includes all 20 apps and AI. Prices are per month, before tax.

Founder pricing is 20% off the list price on each bill, so the founder price is the list price times 0.8. Guests, like vendors you invite to a project, are free and do not use a seat.

Not included in any plan price: Pay fees on payments you take (see Pay fees), domains you buy, Market and template fees, and taxes where the law requires them. Each is shown before you pay it.

Before you confirm a plan, the app shows the plan, the monthly price after any discount, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel.

Founder pricing

Founder pricing is our thank you to the people who show up early. The rules, in plain words (the Terms of service, section 4, are the full version):

• How to get it. Inquire with Find me on the home page. It is free and needs no card. Then start any plan between January 1 and January 31, 2027. Starting your 30 day free trial with a card on file counts as starting a plan.
• Changing your mind. A reservation is free and never renews. Cancel it online any time with the cancel link shown after you inquire, or in Settings, Plan and billing. No call needed.
• What it is. 20% off the list price on each Scale bill, for your plan, extra users and Pro seats. It shows as its own line on every invoice.
• How long it lasts. For as long as your account stays open and paid. It stays when you change plans or add people, and it carries over to businesses you add to the same account.
• When it ends. If you have not started a plan by January 31, 2027, the offer ends. Once you have it, it ends only if you close your account or a bill is still unpaid after the 14 day grace period. Once it ends, it does not come back.
• What it does not cover. Pay fees, Market fees, template fees and domains.
• It is a discount, not a price freeze. If a list price changes, you still get 20% off the new list price, and we tell you ahead of time (see below).

The 30 day free trial and automatic renewal

1. A new business gets a 30 day free trial. We ask for a card to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.
2. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
3. If you do not cancel before it ends, your card is charged the monthly price you were shown, and then again every month until you cancel.

We also send a yearly reminder of your plan, what it costs and how to cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel online any time in Settings, Plan and billing, Cancel plan. No call or email is needed.

• Before you confirm, you see exactly what happens.
• You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, or the end of your free trial, and you are not charged again.
• You get a confirmation in the app and by email.
• Your data is kept for 30 days after that so you can export it or restart. Then it is deleted.
• Charges already made are not refunded, including for part of a month, unless the law requires a refund.
• Each business has its own plan, so cancelling one business does not change the others.

Upgrades, downgrades and price changes

• Upgrades start right away. You pay only for the days left in the month, minus the unused part of your old plan.
• Downgrades also start right away. Any unused amount becomes a credit on your next bill.
• Adding people. The app shows the exact monthly cost of each extra user or Pro seat before you confirm, with founder pricing applied if you have it.
• Price changes. If the price of your plan changes, we tell you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies, with how to cancel. A Pay price increase gets at least 30 days notice.

Bills, cards and failed payments

• Update your card or billing email in Settings, Plan and billing, Payment method. Invoices go to your billing email.
• If a payment fails, we retry in 3 days and email you. Your apps keep working for 14 days after the payment was due. After that, paid features may pause until the bill is paid.
• Prices do not include taxes. Where the law requires it, we add sales tax or similar taxes to your bill.

Founding member year

The Terms also describe a founding member year: a one time payment for the first 12 months of Suite, Pro or Team. It is not a subscription and does not renew on its own; before the year ends we ask whether you want to continue. If it is offered to you, its price is shown before you pay, and you can ask for a full refund before the service goes live and for 30 days after you activate your account. Details are in the Terms, section 4A.

The cost calculator on the home page adds up common tools at their own published list prices, so you can see your stack today next to Scale Suite. Plans and features differ between products, so check what you actually use.
