Calendar
Your schedule, your booking page and your reminders, tied to the client on every event.
Last updated October 28, 2026.
What it is for
Calendar holds your schedule and your booking page. Each event links to the client it is for, so when someone books a time, they land on your calendar and in your client list at the same moment.
What it does best
Booking is built in. You set the hours you take meetings and the kinds of meetings you offer, and your one booking link only offers those times. No more trading emails about when works.
Common tasks
Add an event
- Open Calendar and tap a time, or choose New.
- Add a title and, if it is with a client, pick them so the event shows on their record.
- Add a Video link if you will meet online.
Set your meeting hours
- Open Calendar's booking settings.
- Pick the days and the hours you take meetings, and how long each meeting is.
- Your booking link only offers those times.
Create a booking type
- Add a type, like a 15 minute call or a 1 hour consultation.
- Set its length and, if you charge for it, a price paid up front through Pay.
- Copy your booking link and share it.
Bring your calendar over
- In setup, choose Bring your calendar over.
- Sign in to your old calendar. Everything stays in sync for 30 days while you switch.
Today and at launch
Works today
- Your own events, kept with your workspace.
- Booking types and meeting hours are saved.
At launch
- Public booking pages that clients can open. Today your booking link is not live yet.
- Bringing your old calendar over and keeping it in sync.
- Reminders by email and text, and paid bookings through Pay.
How it connects
Bookings create or update the client in Contacts. Online meetings use Video, and call notes go to the client's record. Paid bookings run through Pay. Today's events show on Home.
