Notes

What it is for

Notes is for the things you want to remember: what a client said after a walkthrough, a checklist for an open house, an idea for later.

What it does best

Every note can link to a record. A note about a client shows up on that client in Contacts, so it is there the next time you call them.

Common tasks

Write a note

1. Open Notes and choose New.
2. Type the note. Add a list if it is a checklist.
3. Link it to a client or deal, or leave it on its own.

Keep it findable

1. Pin the notes you use most so they stay at the top.
2. Put notes in folders, like Clients or Ideas, and add tags.

Record a voice memo At launch

1. Choose the microphone and talk.
2. Stop when you are done. The memo saves to Notes, linked to the record you pick.

How it connects

Linked notes show on the record in Contacts. AI can use your notes when it drafts, so a follow up remembers that a client prefers afternoons.
