Forms
Intake forms, sign up sheets and feedback forms. Answers land on the right client, with spam kept out.
Last updated October 28, 2026.
What it is for
Forms is for collecting information from clients: a new client intake, a home value request, an open house sign in, a job request or a feedback survey.
What it does best
Answers do not sit in a spreadsheet. Each answer creates or updates the person in Contacts, so a new lead is ready to follow up the moment they hit submit.
Common tasks
Build a form
- Open Forms and choose New. Start from a template for your kind of business, or a blank form.
- Add questions: short answers, choices, dates, ratings, and more. AI can suggest questions from a sentence about what you need.
- Save. Each save is a new version.
Fill it in with someone in person
- Open the form on your phone or tablet.
- Hand it over, like at an open house or a job site. The answers land in Contacts.
Share it on the web
- Copy the form's link, or add it to your website in Sites.
- Answers arrive in Forms and on the person's record in Contacts.
Today and at launch
Works today
- Building and saving forms, and filling them in person on your device.
At launch
- Sharing a form on the web with its own link. Today there is no public link yet.
- Payments on a form through Pay.
How it connects
Answers go to Contacts. Forms can sit on your website in Sites. Follow ups can go to Tasks.
